We hold the management contract on behalf of main contractor M/S Shengli Eng. Construction (Group) Ltd, overseeing coordination and quality across the full length of the corridor.

Our project management team broke the 100km corridor into phased sections, each with its own schedule, resource plan, and quality checkpoints, coordinating subcontractors, materials, and site teams to keep the upgrade on schedule while maintaining the highest engineering and safety standards throughout.
